The McLean-Mercer Regional Library system was established in 1959. The central library located in Riverdale, North Dakota has over 30,000 items for circulation to the regional bookmobile and eight member libraries. An inter-library loan service, through the Central Dakota Library Network and North Dakota State Library, provides materials that are not available locally.
