All our patrons need to use this digital media is their library card issued by any member branch. The Central Dakota Library Network web site is a gateway to other
libraries and resources on the Internet. As electronic resources become
increasingly important to library users, our membership in this network provides
library patrons access to over 375,000 items that are not available locally.

Homework, Resume Writing and More
We're excited. We now have free online tutoring and academic and career resources from Tutor.com that everyone in the community can use! No matter what you're working on (homework, resume, college essay…you name it) or how much help you need, there's live tutoring available to help Sunday through Thursday 6:00pm — 10:00pm. and thousands of resources available 24/7.
How will this help you?
K-12 and college students can get help with homework, studying, projects,
essay writing and test prep in every subject, including algebra, statistics,
chemistry, physics, social studies and English. Adults can get help with resume
writing, GED prep, and academic support.
All sessions are online and one-to-one with a live tutor.
What kind of
resources are there?
There are thousands of resources—worksheets, practice problems, videos in every
subject, as well as financial literacy tips and resources for state standardized
tests and college entrance exams.
They are available 24/7 so you can access them whenever you need extra help.

Introducing "My Account"
Library users can now
access their library record from home to
verify material checked out, renew books, due dates, and reserve library
materials.
Contact
your local library and they will supply you with
the information needed for access to online resources.
You will need a library card, bar code number, and PIN number to use these web
sites.
Instructions to access "My Account"
1. Select and click the link to the library nearest to your location.
2. Click the tab "My Account"
3. Enter your library card number
4. Enter your PIN number
5. Click "Log In"

all the newspaper databases for searching.

Journals, and Index Service -has
full-text articles from hundreds of magazines, complete with a
general
magazine index, business magazine index, expanded academic journal index, and
Internet access to other libraries.
Important User Information: Remote access to this database is
permitted to patrons of subscribing institutions accessing from remote locations
for personal or non-commercial use.
